renting from us. This Rental Conformation Form refers to
Paradise St Croix T2,
Cruzan Princesse Condominiums, St Croix, US Virgin
Islands.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION AND TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT:
A Reservation Deposit of 50% of the total amount due is necessary to reserve your rental. Since this vacation condo is rented on a first-come-first-served basis, it is important to reserve your time early as the weeks fill fast, especially in the winter and spring months. Once we receive your check, the condo will be reserved for you. If you contact us with intentions to send your deposit to confirm your reservation, we will place the condo on a "courtesy hold" for up to 7 days to allow for your check to reach us, provided your week(s) are available. This also gives you time to confirm your airline reservation and check flight schedules. However, the property will be considered available for booking if your deposit is not received within the allotted amount of time. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. E-mail or call owners, Donna or Paul Jameson to check availability and make a reservation or print out this form and fax it to us. (845 246-4240) You may chose to use US mail, but please check availability in advance so that we can confirm your week(s) and reserve your space with a 7 day "courtesy hold" while we await your check. Please let us know that you are sending a check and we will be sure to reserve your time.
A $200 damage deposit/ key return is required and payable as a separate check. Damage deposit is fully refundable 30 days after your departure provided the key is promptly returned and there are no missing items or damage to the property. Loss of keys to the security gate requires the locks to be changed for the entire complex. This can be very expensive and frustrating so please keep your keys in a safe reliable place, as you are responsible for their safe return. As a rule set forth by the Condo Association, we do not rent to persons under 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult guardian. - More than
30 days prior to arrival: Full refund less 10% rebooking fee.
Less than 30 days but more than 7 days, 50% of the rental is forfeited
unless a rebooking is procured for the full rental time indicated on
this form. You may change your dates within the same season based on
rental availability without incurring an extra charge. Less than
7 days: No refund will be given. You may change your dates
within the same season based on rental availability, but there will be
a $100.00 charge to do so, unless a rental is procured for the
original dates, in which case you may change dates without a charge.

RULES: Cruzan Princesse Condominium rules must be adhered to. A copy of the rules are available inside the condo, or can be mailed to you in advance. Tenants and/or their guests shall not disturb, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, or use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes. They will not violate any law or ordnance on/about the rental property or complex. Tenants will maintain the premises in good order and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Tenant acknowledges that any person who violates any of the terms of this Agreement shall be immediately denied occupancy and shall remedy any damages or expenses which are caused by the tenant and/or the tenant’s guests.
Check in
time is 1:00 PM on day of arrival and check out time is 12:00 PM on day of
departure unless arranged in advance with the owners.
Paradise St. Croix Condo is fully furnished including linens, towels, kitchen appliances and more. Convenient coin-operated washer/dryer is on the premises. The condo is cleaned prior to your arrival. Additional Maid service is at your expense. Please reserve in advance. A $200.00 damage deposit is required and payable as a separate check. Check will be returned to you upon the return of the condo keys and an inspection of the condo to confirm there is no damage or missing items. Rates do not include an 8% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax. To confirm a reservation, 50% of the rental is required with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. To avoid potential problems, we ask that you allow us to make your car reservation. We are able to secure the best rate possible and we pass the savings to you without additional fees or commissions.
